There are so many great lists of restaurant in Seattle that offer Gluten Free Menus. They are creating dishes using wheat flour substitutions for many of your favorites. I have not tried a lot of them. Let me know what you think!

Agrodolce – In addition to gluten free pasts, their menu has dots to indicate dishes that are GF.
Bol – They offer an entirely Gluten Free menu
Cinnamon Works – The Pike Market eatery has all manner of Gluten Free cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc.
El Camión – Both the restaurant and the food truck offer Gluten Free Mexican treats.
Judy Fu’s Snappy Dragon – This fun establishment offers a specific, Gluten Free menu
Juice Box – Gluten Free pastries!
