I love to go out and try new restaurants! Seattle has so many wonderful options serving pretty much anything you can think of.
I also truly enjoy traveling to other cities, both in the U.S. and abroad. My primary goal, in traveling within the US, is for the purpose of trying the creations of other Chefs. I love experiencing their take on ingredients and styles I know, as well as those that I’m unfamiliar with. As a Chef, I am dedicated to learning; every day.
When I travel to other countries, I’m looking to find ingredients, that are indigenous to the locale. Whenever possible, I rent a house, so I have a kitchen and can play with these new ‘toys’ on my own!
